Job summary

NTT DATA Singapore seeks an experienced cybersecurity professional to implement, configure, and support security solutions for enterprise environments. This on-site role requires hands-on delivery, strong communication with customers, project managers, and technical teams.

With 3+ years in the field, you will troubleshoot incidents, mentor junior engineers, and help maintain SOPs and documentation while supporting monitoring and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of cybersecurity technologies and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience with firewall, SIEM, cloud security, PAM, and zero trust.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Customer-facing communication and ability to present technical information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support cybersecurity solutions within customer environments.
• Perform installation, integration, upgrades, and break-fix activities for security platforms and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve low-to-medium complexity technical issues during project delivery and operational support.
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers, vendors, or technology specialists when required.
• Assist with system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer during operational handover.
• Support security monitoring, vulnerability management, access controls, and compliance initiatives.
• Work closely with customers, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
• Maintain project administration activities such as time tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder updates.

Key Responsibilities
