Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a cybersecurity professional to implement and support security solutions within customer environments. The role involves installation, upgrades, and break-fix activities across security platforms and infrastructure, with emphasis on troubleshooting and proactive problem escalation.

You'll work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful deployments, maintain SOPs, and support monitoring, vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of cybersecurity technologies and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience with one or more of: Firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco); SIEM (Splunk); Cloud Security (Azure, AWS); PAM; Network Security/Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Assist with system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer during operational handover.
• Support security monitoring, vulnerability management, access controls, and compliance initiatives.
• Work closely with customers, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
• Maintain project administration activities such as time tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder updates.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Seniority Level

• With minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to independently handle routine implementations and support activities.
• Capability to mentor junior engineers while still receiving guidance from senior specialists or architects on complex engagements.
