Job summary

BIDFOOD SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an MIS Executive to provide first-level end-user support, maintain security posture, and support Microsoft 365/Power Automate workflows.

The role focuses on user awareness initiatives and continuous improvement of IT services, helpdesk systems, and governance. The successful candidate will manage Active Directory, coordinate with vendors for security and infrastructure, and assist in deploying cybersecurity training tools and security configurations across

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT and end-user support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Purview, Copilot, Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Experience with servers, networks, security appliances, and incident response.
• Experience deploying cybersecurity awareness training software with vendor support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level end-user computing support for hardware, devices, and peripherals.
• Maintain and operate security camera and access control systems with vendors.
• Advance use of Microsoft 365 apps to boost productivity and user experience.
• Harden Microsoft 365 security configurations (Purview, Intune, Defender) and governance.
• Manage Active Directory objects, accounts, provisioning, and hardware inventory accuracy.
• Deliver cybersecurity awareness programs and phishing simulations for end users.
• Administer IT helpdesk, SharePoint sites, and Power Automate workflows.
• Troubleshoot server/network issues with MIS team and vendors.
• Contribute to cybersecurity incident response and continuous improvement.
