Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/IS/CS/Engineering.
• Minimum four years of experience in SOC operations, IT security, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience managing relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management, Security Operations, and Incident Response functions.
• Experience working across the Asia Pacific region with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with risk-based recommendations.
• Proven ability to initiate projects from client needs to technical environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client engagement abilities.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment between client objectives and service delivery.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with client information security leadership and technical stakeholders.
• Lead regular service and operational review meetings to ensure SLA and KPI compliance and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with clients to develop information security strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps that support business objectives.
• Identify account opportunities and design solutions that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Coordinate Day 0 to Day 2 project transitions for smooth handovers.
• Act as escalation point for client requests and drive remediation with internal teams.
