Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead client relationships and provide technical advisory across cybersecurity services for our clients in the APAC region.

You will oversee service delivery, governance, and strategic roadmaps, ensuring value delivery and satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• Minimum four years in SOC operations or IT security.
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Strong IT Service Management, Security Operations, and Incident Response knowledge.
• Experience collaborating across Asia Pacific with Sales, Operations, and Engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client engagements.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment between client objectives and Ensign’s service delivery.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with client information security leadership and technical stakeholders.
• Lead regular service and operational review meetings, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with clients to develop information security strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps that support business objectives.
• Identify account opportunities and design solutions that enhance customer experience and satisfaction while advocating for client interests.
• Coordinate Day 0 to Day 2 project transitions to ensure smooth operational handovers and readiness.
• Act as an escalation point for client requests and service delivery issues and work with internal teams to drive effective remediation.
