Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is looking for a service technician to install, service and support a range of home appliances at customer locations.

You will perform product installation and servicing following established technical and safety standards to ensure reliable operation. The role requires basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, clear English communication with customers, and a willingness to travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical installation, servicing or maintenance of household appliances or related equipment.
• Good command of English to communicate with customers and understand technical/service documentation.
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Class 3 driving licence and willingness to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and provide technical support for home appliances at customer locations.
• Installations and servicing in accordance with safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime.
• Provide professional customer service and follow up on outstanding technical issues.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to resolve service requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, servicing and technical support for a range of home appliances at customer locations.
• Conduct product installation and servicing in accordance with established technical and safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and carry out appropriate corrective actions to minimise service downtime.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service, including follow-up on outstanding technical issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and customers to ensure timely resolution of service requests and perform other duties related to the role as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical installation, servicing or maintenance of household appliances or related equipment.
• Good command of English to communicate effectively with customers and understand technical/service documentation.
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to identify faults and implement appropriate solutions.
• Class 3 driving licence, with willingness to travel to customer locations for service and installation work.

Added Advantage

• Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain product features and recommend suitable solutions.
• Familiarity with Wi-Fi or smart home connectivity and application setup.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
