IDEXX is seeking a customer-focused professional to partner with veterinary clinics and hospitals, providing guidance and solutions to maximize the value of IDEXX products and services. You will drive customer satisfaction, growth, and the success of diagnostic solutions.

You will educate clinic teams, coordinate with internal experts, and manage inquiries while maintaining strong industry knowledge and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Cantonese language - as the role requires this incumbent to liaise directly with Hong Kong local clients that speak only Cantonese.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and manage customer relationships.
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience achieving business, sales, or customer success objectives.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to identify needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer and business data.
• Veterinary industry or veterinary diagnostics experience is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
