Job summary

Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced aero-engine professional to join our Programs team. You will provide technical and AOG support to airlines and military operators, interfacing with Field Support Managers and the Technical Help Desk to drive issue resolution.

The role covers event resolution, reliability monitoring, and campaigns, with leadership responsibilities in field escape containment and publication reviews. After-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years’ aero engine aftermarket experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and business acumen.
• Experience in data analysis, metrics reporting and project management.
• Team player with initiative and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) support to airlines and military operators.

• Interface with Field Support Managers, Customer First Centre (Technical Help Desk) and operators through daily AOG meetings.

• Be part of the Programs team for event resolution, screen team meeting, service difficulty reporting, reliability monitoring, and campaigns.

• Lead and provide support on field escape containment.

• Review and draft technical publications, special instructions and service bulletins.

• Able to provide after normal work hours support to urgent field events as required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in aero engine aftermarket role.
- Expert level understanding of gas turbine engine operation and maintenance.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others to drive actions to closure.
- Possess high degree of initiative and judgment in analysis of service and engineering data and translate - into action plans and strategy.
- Customer focused and proven customer relationship management skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills and strong business acumen.
- Database management and metrics reporting skills, statistical analysis.
