Job summary

ICHOR SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Customer Supply Chain Manager to bridge customers, commercial teams, and global supply chains. You will coordinate procurement, planning, operations, and suppliers to align demand and supply and strengthen resiliency through safety stock planning and risk management.

You will influence executive stakeholders, drive recovery plans, and communicate risks and status to customers and leadership to protect revenue and commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; MBA preferred.
• 8–12+ years in supply chain, procurement, planning, or operations.
• Experience managing supplier constraints and global networks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional activities to align demand with supply.
• Identify constraints and coordinate recovery plans across functions.
• Escalate supply disruptions and manage resolution timelines.
• Ensure proper allocation of constrained materials to high priority builds.
• Provide data-driven updates to stakeholders on risks and plans.
• Serve as primary interface with customers, sales, and leadership.
