Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Optimization to architect and scale global supply chain capabilities, processes, and enabling systems.

You will lead the transformation from tacit expertise to institutional capability, driving continuous improvement and strategic technology roadmaps across procurement and supply chain functions. This role bridges executive leadership with functional teams, owning the technology strategy, global metrics, and cross-functional project

Qualifications

• Requires strategic leadership in supply chain optimization and organizational capability development.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate complex supply chain concepts into business impact for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate a Center of Excellence to convert tacit knowledge into standard work and training curricula.
• Lead global training and certification programs for procurement professionals and supply chain teams.
• Architect a knowledge repository to preserve institutional memory across geographies and acquisitions.
• Define and govern the global procurement technology roadmap and analytics capabilities.
• Drive AI and advanced analytics deployment for demand signaling, supplier risk, and forecast accuracy.
• Ensure ERP integrity, data governance, and system performance to support future state capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional projects and transformations, including ERP implementations and shared services scaling.
