Asia Polyurethane Manufacturing Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive coworker to assist in customer communications, outreach, and market research in Singapore. You will manage mass messaging, respond to basic inquiries, and coordinate with teams to ensure consistency in service and messaging.

You will also conduct follow-ups on orders and visits, gather feedback, and prepare reports. Proficiency in MS Office and a proactive, independent team player mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• IT Savvy; able to use ChatGPT and Google Search.
• Pro-active and takes initiative.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in sending mass messages and announcements to customers via WhatsApp group chats and other approved messaging platforms.
• Respond to basic customer enquiries and route questions to the appropriate team.
• Maintain proper records of customer communications when required.
• Conduct outbound calls to customers using internet-based platforms as instructed.
• Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, feedback, or promotions.
• Escalate urgent or sensitive customer issues promptly.
• Arrange and conduct customer visits when required and represent the company in meetings.
• Gather customer feedback, market information, and business updates during visits.
• Prepare simple visit reports and share findings with the team.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure consistent messaging and service standards.
• Support ad-hoc customer service and sales-related tasks.
