Job summary

MF Building & Construction Products PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused sales support role in Singapore. You will help clients with product knowledge, manage project details, and prepare sales reports to drive business growth.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, proficiency in Word and Excel, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Working days are 5.5 per week with standard office hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers via telephone and email to explain product features, benefits, and drawbacks to support informed purchase decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and walk-in customers to promote company products and services.
• Manage client follow-up processes and maintain accurate project details and references to ensure smooth communication.
• Reconcile monthly sales project activities and generate detailed monthly sales summary reports for management review.
• Assist customers by providing product and service information to facilitate their buying decisions and develop new accounts.
• Prepare and manage all sales-related documentation accurately and timely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by sales management to support team objectives.
