Job summary

Pacific Bookstores Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a part-time customer service associate to handle inbound calls and email enquiries, and to follow up on call-back requests from customers.

You will investigate cases, support escalations, and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by team leaders or supervisors. The role requires proficient English, basic MS Office knowledge, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
