Job summary

RK Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics support officer in the freight forwarding sector. The role offers a basic salary up to SGD 3,000 per month plus AWS and VB, with Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and Alps Avenue based work.

Two-way company transport is provided with pickup points across multiple locations. You will liaise with customers, warehouse teams and freight forwarders to ensure smooth daily operations, monitor KPIs, coordinate shipments and maintain inventory records between

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Ability to liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with KPI reporting and stock reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers, warehouse teams, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure all operational KPIs and service standards are consistently met
• Maintain proper cycle count records prepared by Customer Service Executives/Officers for audit purposes
• Investigate and reconcile stock discrepancies in a timely manner
• Handle shipment booking and coordinate transportation arrangements
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Compile and calculate monthly KPI reports
• Ensure Customer Service Executives/Officers submit KPI reports according to the established schedule
• Maintain accurate inventory records between internal systems and customers' WMS
