Job summary

RK RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics operations coordinator in the freight forwarding sector in Singapore. The role centers on coordinating between customers, warehouses and freight forwarders to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will manage shipment bookings, monitor KPIs and service standards, and maintain accurate inventory and cycle count records. Office hours Mon to Fri in the West area.

Qualifications

• Liaise with customers, warehouse teams, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain proper cycle count records prepared by Customer Service Executives/Officers for audit purposes.
• Investigate and reconcile stock discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Handle shipment booking and coordinate transportation arrangements.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Compile and calculate monthly KPI reports.
• Ensure Customer Service Executives/Officers submit KPI reports according to the established schedule.
• Maintain accurate inventory records between internal systems and customers' WMS
