Qualifications

• Experience coordinating shipments and liaising with customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders and warehouse for shipment readiness and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and handling of day-to-day documents for delivery.
• Assist and update customers with stock queries and shipment schedules; liaise with warehouse for shipments.
• Prepare monthly reports for KPI.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
