Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Support Executive to handle enquiries, coordinate quotations, and support the service department.

The role is based at Gul Circle with transportation provided and a five-day work week (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM). Salary comprises a basic package plus VB, and the position is permanent. Qualifications

• Minimum N-Level qualification or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Attend to phone calls and email enquiries.
• Liaise with clients regarding work schedules and quotations.
• Process and clear customer purchase orders promptly.
• Perform clerical duties, including data entry, document updates, and filing.
• Maintain records of incoming workshop goods, prepare service quotations, and provide administrative support to the service department.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
