Swift Search Global Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Operations Support) in Potong Pasir, Singapore. The role focuses on handling customer enquiries and coordinating operational activities while supporting lead management and cross-team communication.

The position requires a Diploma or Higher NITEC, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, with a monthly salary of SGD 2,500–3,000.

Competenze

• Diploma, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Mansioni

• Handle customer enquiries via email, hotline, and online communication channels.
• Deliver professional customer support and ensure timely resolution of enquiries.
• Generate, track, and follow up on customer leads, coordinating closely with the Business Development team.
• Assist in preparing proposals and scheduling appointments or site visits.
• Coordinate documentation and ensure records are complete and up to date.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Support operational administration, reporting, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative duties.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
