Job summary

EASYSPEED GLOBAL FORWARDING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented forwarding professional to monitor non-EasySpeed office shipments across Air and Ocean. You will ensure accurate Cargowise data entry and act as a reliable liaison for customers and agents.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in freight forwarding, especially air freight, with strong knowledge of documentation and processes, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. This is a full-time role based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding operations, especially air freight.
• Proficiency with the Cargowise platform.
• Good understanding of air and/or ocean freight documentation and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Good problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
• Team player with eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end monitoring for non-EasySpeed office shipments (Air and Ocean).
• Enter all shipment data into Cargowise accurately and timely.
• Proactively track and trace shipments; escalate delays to supervisor as needed.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer and agent inquiries.
• Support overseas agents’ performance by ensuring data and updates for SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal Air/Ocean Operations and Key Account teams for operational support.
• Follow SOPs meticulously; identify improvements in Cargowise data entry and shipment monitoring; participate in CI projects.

Job Summary:

Execute the end-to-end monitoring process for assigned non-EasySpeed office shipments (Air and Ocean). Ensure all shipment data is entered into the Cargowise system accurately and in a timely manner, upholding the highest standards of data integrity. Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer and agent inquiries, providing timely and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Execution & Data Integrity:

• Execute the end-to-end monitoring process for assigned non-EasySpeed office shipments (Air and Ocean)
• Ensure all shipment data is entered into the Cargowise system accurately and in a timely manner, upholding the highest standards of data integrity.
• Proactively track and trace shipments, identifying potential delays and escalating issues to the supervisor as needed.

Customer & Stakeholder Support:

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer and agent inquiries, providing timely and professional communication.
• Support the performance management of our overseas agents by ensuring they have the necessary data and updates to meet service level agreements.
• Collaborate closely with internal Air Operations, Ocean Operations, and Key Account teams by providing essential operational support and information.

Process Adherence & Continuous Improvement:

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously to maintain consistency and quality.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for improving workflow efficiencies, particularly in Cargowise data entry and shipment monitoring processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects led by the Operations Supervisor, contributing ideas and supporting implementation

Job Requirements

Qualification & Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus.

• 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding operations, especially mastery of Air freight.

• Proficiency with the Cargowise platform is a significant advantage and a key requirement for success in this role.

• Good understanding of air and/or ocean freight documentation and processes.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.

• A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
