Job summary

EasySpeed Supply Chain Co.,Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to monitor non-EasySpeed office shipments (Air and Ocean) end-to-end and ensure data accuracy in Cargowise.

You will be the main contact for customers and agents, supporting overseas partners, following SOPs, and contributing to continuous improvement with the Operations Supervisor. Singaporean applicants only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding operations, esp. air freight.
• Proficiency with the Cargowise platform is a significant advantage.
• Good understanding of air and/or ocean freight documentation and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Singaporean applicants only.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end monitoring for assigned non-EasySpeed office shipments (Air and Ocean).
• Enter all shipment data into the Cargowise system accurately and timely.
• Proactively track and trace shipments and escalate delays to the supervisor as needed.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer and agent inquiries with timely communication.
• Support overseas agents’ performance data to meet service level agreements.
• Collaborate with Air Ops, Ocean Ops, and Key Account teams providing operational support.
