Job summary

OUR Solution is seeking an operations-oriented professional to support the Director by independently managing daily operations, staff coordination, inventory, and reporting across two beauty salon outlets to ensure smooth and efficient business functions.

You will monitor service quality, manage rosters, prepare sales reports, and oversee payroll calculations. You will also maintain SOPs, assist in recruitment, and optimize processes using Excel, WESS, and ChatGPT.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty salons, spas, wellness centers, or aesthetic clinics.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate daily operations across two beauty salon outlets to ensure service quality and efficiency
• Manage staff rosters, attendance, and leave records to maintain adequate workforce coverage
• Prepare accurate daily and monthly sales reports to track business performance
• Draft payroll and commission calculations for Director's review and approval, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Oversee inventory management including stocktaking and transfers between outlets to maintain optimal stock levels
• Verify WESS appointments, packages, and customer records to support seamless client service
• Identify and resolve operational issues and coordinate staff assignments to maintain workflow continuity
• Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and training records to support staff development and compliance
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate new talent effectively
• Utilize Excel, WESS, and ChatGPT tools to enhance reporting accuracy and streamline operational processes
