Job summary

A consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Membership Coordinator to manage membership applications and inquiries. You will maintain records, activate new memberships, and handle fee collections while ensuring exceptional service in a country club setting. The role involves processing suspensions and refunds and requires good teamwork and service orientation. Responsibilities

  • Handle membership enquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintain up-to-date membership records in CMS.
  • Follow up for membership fees and renewals.
  • Activate and process new membership applications.
  • Process applications for membership suspension.
  • Handle security refunds upon membership expiry.
  • Stand-in for Membership Centre duties when required.
  • Assist in adhoc projects assigned by supervisor.

  • Handle membership enquiries via phone calls and emails on daily basis.
  • Input and maintain up-to-date membership records, account status, members' particulars and account service requests received from members into CMS on a daily basis.
  • Follow up and collect membership entrance fee due from new applications and/or membership renewals. These include calling prospective members to close sales and remind expiring members to renew membership.
  • Activate and process new membership applications and/or membership renewals including preparing the membership package upon entrance fee payment made by members on a daily basis.
  • Process of members’ application for suspension of membership due to medical reason, or absent membership due overseas work posting, study, etc.
  • Process of security refund and/or account credit balance to members upon membership expiry or resignation.
  • To stand-in for and perform the duties at Membership Centre as and when necessary.
  • Any other adhoc assignment/ project that maybe assigned by HOD/ supervisor from time-to-time such as membership recruitment drive, Open House event, etc.
Requirements
  • Service and people oriented with an interest to work in country club environment and a good team player.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for Officer (Membership) position.

  • 5-dayworkweek (Monto Fri)
  • Working Hours: 8:00am to 5.15pm / 8:30am to 5.45pm
