Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support site operations at Kaki Bukit. You will coordinate service requests, track progress, and serve as the liaison between customers and our operations teams to ensure smooth daily workflows.

The role requires good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to commit to rotating shift schedules. Basic OT and shift allowances are provided as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Relevant customer service or call center experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to commit to rotating shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers on service requests, work progress, and schedules.
• Liaise with operations teams on job assignments and daily work coordination.
• Attend to customer enquiries and follow up on service requests.
• Prepare and update work orders, job schedules, and service records.
• Share job details and work instructions with site teams and subcontractors.
• Assist with the issuance and return of tools and equipment.
• Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support and assist with ad‑hoc duties.

Customer Service Officer
Shift work: 5 days/week
(7:00am–4:00pm / 1:30pm–10:30pm / 10:00pm–7:00am)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Basic Salary: $2300 - $2500
Entitled to OT & Shift Allowance
