Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Support Officer for a contractual role in Singapore, with an opportunity to convert to a permanent position based on performance. Location: Kaki Bukit, rotating or night shift options.

The role involves coordinating with customers and operations teams, handling requisitions, updating work orders, and maintaining records. On‑the‑job training is provided, including a first month training period during office hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent.
• Call center or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customer on work programs and service activities
• Liaise with the operation coordinators on work schedules, manpower allocation and scheduling
• Answer and record all incoming requisition from customer
• Disseminate work requests to operation teams
• Updating of work orders and schedules
• Prepare calls records summary including subcontractors work request
• Ensuring tools and equipment are issued and returned in proper working condition
• Data entry of records
• Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors

Location: Kaki Bukit

Rotating Shift (Morning: 7am-4pm or Afternoon: 1:30pm-10:30pm), off 2 days per week or Permanent Night Shift (10pm-7am), off 2 days per week (Night shift allowances $10 per night shift)

On the job training is provided. First month training conducted during office hours (8am-5pm).
