Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Support Officer for a contractual role with opportunities to convert to permanent based on performance.

Salary ranges from SGD 2,200 to SGD 2,500 with rotating shifts (7am-4pm or 1:30pm-10:30pm) or permanent night shift (10pm-7am) with night shift allowances. The role involves liaising with customers and operation teams, updating work orders, data entry, and ensuring proper equipment handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level or NITEC or equivalent.
• Call center or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customer on work programs and service activities
• Liaise with the operation coordinators on work schedules, manpower allocation and scheduling
• Answer and record all incoming requisition from customer
• Disseminate work requests to operation teams
• Updating of work orders and schedules
• Prepare calls records summary including subcontractors work request
• Ensuring tools and equipment are issued and returned in proper working condition
• Data entry of records
• Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors

Rotating Shift (Morning: 7am-4pm or Afternoon: 1:30pm-10:30pm), off 2 days per week or Permanent Night Shift (10pm-7am), off 2 days per week (Night shift allowances $10 per night shift)

On the job training is provided. First month training conducted during office hours (8am-5pm).
