Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Sales/ Telemarketer) in Singapore. The role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating maintenance contracts, and preparing quotations, with a 5-day work week and a basic salary of $2,300–$3,000 plus commission.

Location is Aljunied (nearest MRT Mattar). A Diploma or GCE A Levels with 1–2 years in customer support or telemarketing is preferred; proficiency in MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: GCE A Levels or Diploma.
• 1–2 years' experience in customer support or telemarketing is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and oversee all maintenance contracts to ensure timely service.
• Schedule maintenance appointments with customers when due.
• Coordinate with technicians to perform tasks.
• Invoice maintenance jobs promptly after completion with accounts.
• Email follow-ups to reorder consumables and obtain new POs/quotations.
• Handle calls and sales enquiries; prepare sales quotations as needed.
• Support ad hoc projects as assigned.

Customer Service Officer (Sales/ Telemarketer)

• 5 days, 9am-6pm

• Salary: Basic $2300-$3000 + Commission

• Location:Aljunied (nearest MRT Mattar)

• Company: Medical equipment supplier

Responsibilities:

• Track and oversee all existing maintenance contracts to ensure timely service delivery

• Schedule maintenance appointments with customers when maintenance is due

• Coordinate with technicians to perform scheduled maintenance tasks

• Liaise with accounts to invoice maintenance jobs promptly after completion

• Email and follow up with customers to reorder consumables such as pads and batteries after expiry

• Email and follow up with customers to obtain new purchase orders or signed quotations for contract renewals before expiry

• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to sales enquiries professionally

• Handle incoming phone call, sales enquiries and prepare sales quotation

• Support and complete any ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels or Diploma

• At least 1-2 years' experience incustomer support roles, telemarketer experience is added advantage

• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
