Job summary

Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Officer on a 1-year contract with a rotating 6-day roster. Salary up to SGD 2,500 plus allowances, with medical benefits and a company bus for morning shifts.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, coordinate emergency call-outs, liaise with service crews on interruptions, and dispatch mobile contractors for C&I servicing requests.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with service crews on gas supply interruptions, leaks and related incidents.
• Coordinate dispatch of mobile contractors for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) servicing requests.
• Coordinate service crews for residential and commercial after-sales requests.
• Handle customer enquiries from electric vehicle users via phone and email.

Customer Service Officer

Salary: Up to $2,500 + allowances
Contract: 1-year contract with annual completion bonus
Working Days: 6 days per week, 7 hours per day (rostered)

Benefits

• Shift Allowance: $60/month
• Evening Shift Allowance: $20/shift (average 9 shifts/month)

• Company bus available for morning shift from opposite Sembawang MRT (Weekdays)
