Job summary

Persol Outsourcing Singapore Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Customer Service Officer to join the frontline of Singapore’s transport network. You will respond to enquiries, assist with facilities, and support daily operations on the ground.

You should be a team player with a cheerful personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attractive allowances and company transport are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of cashiering and customer service experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work.
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers’ enquiries.
• Manage facilities and run system operations.
• Handle urgent issues to keep things running smoothly.
• Count and check all payments at the end of the shift using the POS machine report.
• Help the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily work on the ground.

Working Hours / Location:

• Rotating Shift: 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off
• 10am to 10pm & 10pm to 10am (with 2 hours break)
