A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Officer to manage customer calls regarding service contracts and document actions taken. The ideal candidate should have an A-Level qualification and 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, although this is preferred but not essential. The role requires professionalism and efficiency during calls while working towards established KPIs.
Customer Service Officer (Back-End Office)
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30 to 5.30pm
Starting Pay: S$ 2,400 - 2,500 (Depends On Experience)
Responsibilities: Responsible worker with PC knowledge in MS Office Skills. 1-2 Years’ Experience In Call Centre Working Environment Preferred But Not Essential
