Job summary

Singapore Pools (Private) Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to respond to enquiries across calls, email and walk-ins, ensuring service standards are met and customer satisfaction remains high.

You will perform e-KYC maker role, handle CRM cases on payments and account updates, and assist with compliance-related communications. A bilingual English/Chinese capability is preferred to liaise with diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level/A Level/Diploma with at least 2 years direct customer service experience.
• Willing to work shift hours, including graveyard/night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries and feedback across all customer touchpoints (Calls/Email/Walk In/Live Chat).
• Address requests within service standards via calls, email and live chat replies.
• Communicate with customers whose application/account status is flagged during KYC/screening/exclusion checks.
• Perform e-KYC maker role.
• Contact SPA customers on compliance requirements and responsible gaming matters.
• Process SMSs to customers via CRM and handle CRM cases on payment and account updates.
