Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics/customer service professional to process and manage customer orders in the WMS/ERP system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs. You will coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to achieve on-time fulfilment and prepare shipping documents.

The role requires a minimum diploma in supply chain or business administration, and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and MS Office. The position is based in the WEST with company transport provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in supply chain/business administration.
• Experience in a customer service role or logistic industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders in the WMS/ERP system.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and within customer SLA timelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor order status and resolve delivery or operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents (DOs, invoices, packing lists, PODs).
• Support inventory enquiries, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Support customer audits and maintain accurate operational records.

Salary package:

• Basic up to $3000(Experience based)
• Shift Allowance (Up to $13 per day)
• $500 Flexible Benefits

Working Hours:

• 12-hour shift (7pm to 7am)

Work Location:

• WEST - Company Transport Provided [Lakeside/Jurong/Admiralty]
