Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is partnering with a well established company in the West Area to recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator.

You will handle import/export coordination, inventory control, and maintain accurate records while building good relationships with customers and colleagues. The role requires knowledge of WMS applications and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Pivot). Working hours are 8.30am–5.30pm, with transport provided and air-conditioned environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Import & Export, Inventory management & WMS applications.
• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Willing to support operations on weekends and after office hours.
• Knowledge in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, V look-up & Pivot Table).

Responsibilities

• Import, Export & Transfer coordination.
• Inventory Management with proper records and transactions.
• Maintain good relationship with Customer & Colleagues.
• Up Keep Department KPI and take on additional task when assigned.
• Coordination with Warehouse Team for daily Operations.
• Support other Functions within department and Peers when needed.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior.

• Basic $2800 - $3100 + Performance Bonus
• Working location: West Area (Penjuru Lane)
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
