Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Associate for the After-Sales Service team in Singapore.

You will be the key contact for clients, guiding them through their after-sales journey and ensuring a premium experience. You will handle enquiries via phone, email and in person, provide product warranty information, coordinate repairs, and maintain accurate CRM records. This role offers a base salary up to SGD 3,000 plus a 13th month, with a performance bonus and clear career growth

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with enquiries through phone, email and in person.
• Provide information on products, warranties and after-sales services.
• Guide clients on product care, maintenance and servicing.
• Coordinate repair and service requests with internal teams.
• Keep client and service records updated in the CRM system.
• Handle client concerns professionally and work towards solutions.
• Follow up on service requests and update clients on progress.
• Support general administration and day-to-day department operations.
