Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to enhance customer satisfaction by coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Quality and EHS, and by communicating updates to external stakeholders. The role is based at our Bencoolen office.

You will start and maintain customer accounts, process orders and invoices, prepare reports, and resolve product issues while ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma holder with 1-2 years of relevant experience (logistics preferred).
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; ERP systems experience a plus.

As Customer Service Assistant for FUJIFILM Electronic Materials (Singapore) Pte Ltd, you will manage and improve customer satisfaction through coordination of relevant stakeholders within the organization and subsequent effective communication to external stakeholders. Work closely with various internal and external departments including Sales, Logistics, Quality and EHS on policies and procedures and situation updates for customer service excellence.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Start and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.
• Process customer accounts and file documents.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Certificate of Analysis (COA) submission to customers according to customers’ requirements
• Transport Temperature Chart Management
• Delivery Orders/Invoicing:processing delivery requests from customers according to customers’ requirements, submission of Delivery Arrival Notice for customers and I=invoice submission according to customers’ requirements
• Coordinate with different functional departments and members.

• Collaborate and support any integrations projects across the department to ensure seamless data and process integration.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Assistant Logistic & Customer Service Manager

Experience, Qualification and other information

• ITE/Diploma holder with 1-2 years of relevant experience (preferably with logistics background)
• Possess good customer service & communication skills.
• PC literate: MS Office Applications such as Excel, Words, PowerPoint , Adobe and ERP systems
• Mature, self-motivated, a team player and can work independently.
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• This role will be based at our Bencoolen office.
