Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to enhance customer satisfaction by coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Quality and EHS, and by communicating updates to external stakeholders. The role is based at our Bencoolen office.

You will start and maintain customer accounts, process orders and invoices, prepare reports, and resolve product issues while ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma holder with 1-2 years of relevant experience (logistics preferred).
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; ERP systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Start and maintain customer accounts and records.
• Process orders and invoices; file documents.
• Prepare reports by analyzing customer information.
• Coordinate with internal departments for service delivery and updates.
• Assist COA submission and temperature chart management.
