Job summary

TRANSNATIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN LOGISTICS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Logistics Customer Service Associate to handle customer inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms, process orders, and ensure accurate data entry into the system.

You will monitor delivery schedules, coordinate with transport and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries, resolve complaints, maintain delivery records, update customers on status, track PODs, assist in inventory inquiries, support billing

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
• Monitor delivery schedules status.
• Coordinate with transport and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and maintain delivery records, reports, and documentation.
• Update customers on delivery schedules, delays, and order status.
• Track proof of delivery (POD) and ensure proper filing of logistics documents.
• Assist in inventory and stock-related inquiries when required.
• Support billing, invoicing, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
