Qualifications

• Minimum N / O / A Level
• 1 Year prior work experience as Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities

• Patient registration and appointment scheduling; handle phone enquiries.
• Process payments and ensure sufficient medical supplies.
• Assist doctors during procedures and patient consultations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic; manage inventory and orders.
• Perform other duties as reasonably expected of a clinic assistant.

Patient Services Assistant

• Workdays: 5.5 Days

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturdays: 9am to 1pm

• Location: 3 mins walk from Orchard MRT

Responsibilities:

• Perform reception duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling and phone enquiries.
• Process payments and ensure sufficient medical supplies.
• Assist doctors during procedures and patient consultations.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic while managing inventory and order supplies.
• Any other duties and conduct that are reasonably expected of a clinic assistant in a medical clinic.
