Job summary

Skylink Holdings Limited is seeking a workshop coordinator to serve as the direct contact point between the workshop, customers and suppliers. You will coordinate with the Operations and Rental departments, support daily workshop activities, and ensure SOP compliance.

You will handle customer requests, schedule jobs, manage calls and emails, and maintain accurate ERP/CRM records while liaising with partners to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle servicing workshop is required.
• Experience with accident claim handling is a plus.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct contact point between workshop, customer and supplier.
• Coordinate between workshop and other departments (Operations, Rental, etc.).
• Support the workshop day-to-day operations and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Handle customer requests and issue work orders.
• Take care of customer feedback and coordination work.
• Schedule and book appointments for jobs.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and emails.
• Perform data entry, filing and document organization.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers and partners.
• Issue quotations, invoices and cheques; collect payments.
• Update ERP and CRM records.

The Job

• Direct contact point between workshop, customer and supplier
• Coordination between workshop and other department (i.e., Operations Dept, Rental dept & others)
• Support the workshop day-to-day operation
• Ensuring workshop operation follow the company SOP closely
• Handle customer request and issue work order
• Handle customer feedback and coordination work
• In charge of appointment booking and scheduling of job
• Handling of incoming call and outgoing call, including email
• Carry out data entry, document filing and organization
• Liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers & partners
• Issuing quotation, invoice, cheque
• Collecting payment from customer
• Updating of Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems record

Requirements

• With prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop and with experience in dealing with accident claim business will be an advantage
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player and positive working attitude
• Working Days （Mon-Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Alt Sat: 9.00am to 6.00pm)
