About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service & Administrative professional to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in Bukit Timah Central Region. This is a pivotal role that bridges customer support and operational efficiency for School of Robotics. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, enquiries, and stakeholders, whilst simultaneously ensuring our internal administrative processes run smoothly. This position is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer care and supporting the smooth functioning of our growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
Assist with basic IT and technical support tasks.
2. Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Handle paperwork, including student registrations, waivers, and consent forms.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
Organize and file important documents.
3. Communication:
Respond to inquiries from parents, students, and staff via phone, email, and in-person.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for instructors and management.
4. Financial Support:
Assist with invoicing, payments, and tracking of financial transactions.
Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping.
5. General Support:
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of programs.
