Job summary

MAIDCITY RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking Customer Service professionals in Singapore to handle customer and sales enquiries, deliver prompt service, and coordinate caregiver placements. The role involves interviewing candidates, meeting sales targets, and resolving caregiver-employer issues.

Applicants should have CEI certification or willingness to obtain it, at least 1 year of related experience, and be IT and social media savvy. Nursing/caregiving background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess Certificate in Employment Intermediaries (CEI) or willing to get certified.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
• Able to work independently.
• Sales & Customer oriented.
• IT & Social Media Savvy.
• Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
• Direct experience in our industry is an added advantage.
• Applicants with Nursing/caregiving backgrounds will be an added advantage for Caregiver placement positions.
• Nurses planning for a career change are welcome.

We are a licensed employment agency in Singapore and currently we have offices in Kovan, Clementi & Toa Payoh. We are expanding and also branching into the deployment of Nursing/Caregiver MDWs. We are looking for Customer Service professionals to join us.
