Job summary

TWO WOODS LOGISTICS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Order Fulfilment Officer to coordinate daily requirements in our warehousing environment in Singapore.

You will liaise with customers for order processing, work with freight forwarders on shipments, and ensure timely billing and documentation. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across WMS and Oracle.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot) and accuracy-focused.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• 1 year of experience in 3PL warehouse operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Form D and COO handling is advantageous.
• Knowledge of shipping terms and documents advantageous.
• Able to multitask across systems including WMS and Oracle.
• Team player with collaborative mindset; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing with customers.
• Book shipments with freight forwarders and arrange local deliveries.

• Produce regular warehouse reports for management.
• Manage customer complaints and claims.
• Archive documents for audit purposes.

Job description

We are looking for a Order Fulfilment Officer to process and coordinate the daily requirements in a warehousing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customer on order processing
• Liaise with freight forwarders / transporters on shipment booking, container trucking schedule, arrange courier and local delivery
• Attend to customer request and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper and timely billing / closing of all jobs in system and forwarded to the Accounting & Finance Department
• Assist to produce regular warehouse reports for management as and when required
• Manages customers complains and claims
• Ensure proper filing and documents archiving for audit purpose
• Any others adhoc tasks as and when assigned by Operations Manager

Requirements and skills
