Job summary

SINGAPORE DUCKTOURS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a customer service professional stationed at tourist hubs in Singapore. You will assist tourists via phone, email, and walk-ins, ensuring excellent service and in-depth knowledge of tour products. You will manage daily operations at the Tourist Hub and handle payments and ticketing.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with a minimum diploma or degree. English proficiency and a second language are preferred to serve a diverse clientele in a fast-paced
