Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a customer-facing field service specialist to visit customers’ premises, introduce Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) and printing products, and present equipment features.

You will guide hands-on product trials, answer basic queries, and assist with setup and troubleshooting as needed. Candidates should have 2–3 years in technical field service or customer-facing roles and strong communication skills; willingness to learn on the job is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in technical field service or customer-facing technical support.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Technical knowledge is an advantage, but teachable candidates may be considered.

Job description

Salary: Up to $3,400/month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.45pm
Location: Pasir Panjang / travel to customers' sites

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Technical knowledge is an advantage, but candidates without prior technical knowledge may be considered if they are willing and able to learn on the job.
