Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Relations Officer to support production print equipment installation, training, and after-sales service at Pasir Panjang (Mapletree Business City).

The role covers on-site and remote troubleshooting, user training on print workflows, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience during installation and post-install support. This is a 1-year contract with benefits, Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:45pm.

Responsibilities

• Set up and install multifunction printing equipment and related software at customer premises
• Conduct structured training for customers on equipment operation and print workflows
• Help users become confident and productive with newly installed equipment
• Troubleshoot basic printing and scanning issues on-site and remotely
• Escalate complex technical issues to specialist teams when required
• Install and configure Digital Front End (DFE) systems
• Support network integration and print workflow setup
• Train customer operators on DFE functions, job submission and output settings
• Deliver a high standard of customer experience throughout installation and after-sales support
