Job summary

AG BUILDERS PTE. LTD. invites applications for a frontline facilities coordinator. The role involves manning the FRC as the first point of contact for urgent assistance and receiving fault reports via hotline and email.

You will log fault reports into the MMS, coordinate repairs with maintenance contractors, process events and logistics requests, and ensure timely completion of service of outstanding faults within KPI targets. Ad-hoc duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Nitec in Technology for Facility Management or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• To log fault reports into MMS (Maintenance Mate System) accurately and timely.
• To ensure repair/service completion within KPI targets.
• To process and follow up events and logistics requests.

Nitec in Technology for Facility Management

GEC O/N level or equivalent

A Level or equivalent

Job Description:

• To man the FRC. The FRC is first point of contact whenever a user seeks for urgent assistance.


• To receive fault reports through the hotline and email, and redirect the fault reports to the relevant maintenance contractor


• To accurately and timely log-in/update fault reports into the MMS (Maintenance Mate System)


• To ensure the completion of the repair or servicing of any outstanding faults and service requests within the KPI


• To receive, process, and follow up events and logistics requests


• To perform other ad-hoc duties required
