Job summary

REALSTAR PREMIER GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring prompt responses, smooth appointment coordination, and excellent customer experience while supporting business development and departmental goals.

You will manage inbound enquiries, coordinate appointments with clients and the sales team, maintain data accuracy and confidentiality, support lead engagement, and assist the Head of Department in achieving

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / administration tools.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
