Job summary

INFINIUM RECRUITMENT is seeking a friendly, service-oriented individual to assist customers and deliver a positive experience in Singapore. Training will be provided and candidates from different industries are welcome to apply.

You will handle inquiries across channels, provide accurate product information and follow up on requests, with opportunities for career development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, approachable and service-oriented.
• Comfortable interacting with customers from different backgrounds.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• No prior customer service experience required; training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates and mid-career switchers are welcome to apply.
