OCBC Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Marketing to plan and execute campaigns, customer engagement programmes and events. The role collaborates closely with Product, Segment, Wealth Marketing and Cards Marketing teams to deliver compelling customer experiences and drive business growth.

Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with internships or up to 3 years of marketing experience have an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.

  • Strong interest in marketing, customer engagement and the financial services industry.
  • Good project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and customer insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious and eager to learn about banking products, customer value propositions and customer journeys.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, customer engagement programmes and events across digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets and materials for timely delivery.
  • Develop customer communications and campaign collateral; liaise with stakeholders, agencies and vendors.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support reporting, insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities through market and competitor monitoring and support governance processes for marketing activities.
  • Identify opportunities for events and engagement programmes to support customer acquisition and relationship deepening.
  • Coordinate event logistics, registrations and on-site operations; partner with stakeholders and external partners.

The Assistant Manager, Marketing will play a key role in planning and executing marketing campaigns, customer engagement programmes and events. The role will partner closely with Product, Segment, Wealth Marketing and Cards Marketing teams to deliver impactful customer experiences, support business growth and strengthen the Bank’s value propositions.

Key Responsibilities
A. Marketing Communications
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives across digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets and marketing materials to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist in the development of customer communications, marketing content and campaign collateral.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors to facilitate campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support the preparation of reports, insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct market and competitor monitoring to support campaign planning and identify new opportunities.
  • Support budget administration, procurement and governance processes for marketing activities.
B. Events & Customer Engagement
  • Partner closely with Product, Segment, Wealth Marketing and Cards Marketing teams to identify opportunities for events and engagement programmes that support customer acquisition, engagement and relationship deepening.
  • Coordinate event logistics, registrations, venue arrangements, vendors and on-site operations whenever applicable
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver customer engagement programmes and partnership initiatives.
  • Assist in developing event concepts and customer experiences that support engagement objectives.
  • Support event outreach and participant engagement activities to drive attendance and participation.
  • Track event attendance, engagement and feedback, and support post-event reporting.
  • Research customer interests, lifestyle trends and emerging event concepts to identify opportunities for future programmes.
