Responsibilities

Order & Return Assistance: Help customers with orders and returns inquiries.
Processing Returns: Compile returns and ensure refunds are issued promptly.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of products to provide accurate information.
Problem-Solving: Resolve complaints and issues with empathy and care.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Suggest relevant products to enhance the customer experience.
Order Processing: Manage orders from sale to delivery, including packing lists and labels.
Inventory Management: Track stock levels using inventory systems to ensure availability.
