Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the shop
• Engaging in innovation and productivity initiatives for the stores to drive seamless customer experience as well as sales and to ensure that customer needs are met to brand standards
• Creating connections and building rapport with customer to maintain long-term relationships
• Ensure complaints are well resolved
• Adhering to established standard operation procedures in terms of the handling of cash and assets
• Ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability
• Conducting monthly stock check and to maintain accurate stock records
